Acceptance and eligibility

What the platform provides
The platform provides directory, profile, organization, review and informational pages and may provide tools for submitting content to moderation. It does not arrange meetings, negotiate services, employ listed people, hold funds, guarantee identity or supervise off-site conduct.
Prohibited content and conduct

Uploader responsibilities
A person submitting content confirms that the information is not materially misleading, every depicted person is an adult, publication is consensual and the necessary copyright, privacy and publicity rights are held. Public details must be kept current and reasonable verification requests must be answered.
Moderation and intellectual property
The site may review, reject, restrict, preserve, unpublish or remove content and may suspend access when a rule, legal request or safety concern requires it. You retain rights in submitted content but grant the limited permission needed to host, format, display and moderate it for the requested listing.
Availability and responsibility
The site is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that every listing is accurate, available, lawful in every location or free from third-party misconduct. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
